January 3 is Rianne Van Rompaey’s birthday.
A few months ago, I was trying to find out fashion designer Richard Quinn’s birthday. I thought that Sarah Mower might know, so I emailed her. In a bizarre circumstance, she emailed me back telling me that she had just left Richard Quinn’s studio where she had discovered that they share the same birthday: January 3. We’ve made fun of the fact that we’re often on the same wavelength, but that episode was just too weird to believe.
Anyway, a couple of days later, I also found out that Rianne Van Rompaey (arguably the hottest model in the galaxy) shares her birthday with Mower and Quinn. That wasn’t as surprising to me because I’ve been calling the first week of the year “The Week of Incomprehensible Gorgeousness” for years now. It’s been a running joke between me and Sarah Mower since we became friends. Of course, it’s my birthday week, too.
I was able to confirm Rianne’s date of birth this morning because she posted a confirmation of the event on Instagram. Her Wikipedia bio is correct!
Although I don’t have a time of birth, I can confirm that she has a moon in Gemini. Sun in Capricorn/moon in Gemini is a sort of weird combination. It’s like putting the flakiest moon sign in the least-flaky sun sign. In Rianne’s case, however, I don’t believe that her moon is all that well expressed. Again, I don’t have a time of birth to determine its house placement, but I do have the rest of her planetary placements to consider. She has almost everything else in Capricorn and Aquarius. The Capricorn planets appear in this order: Jupiter; the sun; Neptune; Mars; Uranus. Mercury and Venus follow in Aquarius.
The strangest thing is the lack of close conjunctions, considering that seven planets occupy a 45° wedge of Rianne’s horoscope. Uranus and Mercury are very close together, but they straddle the Capricorn/Aquarius cusp.
This is one of those charts that I would love to examine in depth with an accurate birth time. It’s also one of those charts that would be terrific to study when comparing Placidus vs. Whole Sign House systems. There is major action on the house cusps. I would be thrilled if Rianne Van Rompaey knew her birth time and asked me to look at her chart.
Sometimes people get back to me when I put something like that out into the universe. They also ask me to keep our conversations to myself. That’s okay. I just like to know that my conclusions are valid. If I was just doing this for the fame and the name-dropping, I would have made today’s post about the fact that I’m now being followed on Instagram by Meghan Collison’s cat. And I thought that making friends with Sarah Mower was an accomplishment!
