The inner planets are in a remarkably similar place to where they were when I first published this post back in 2018. The big difference is that the new moon actually arrives within the next couple of hours just a few minutes from my ascendant yet still within my twelfth house. Shortly afterward, the moon moves into my first house, followed by the sun a few hours later.
For that reason, I’m a little cautious to start shouting out “I’m number one!” to the world at large. Believe me, I’ll probably get there soon enough, but for now I’m going to try to keep my words to myself. Venus and Mars form a square today, and because of Venus’ recent station, that transit is lingering in the air. People are at odds with one another, and I don’t need to add my voice to the chorus.
Instead, I’m going to focus on developing (or redeveloping) some positive habits today. The first snowfall of the season arrived just as I sat down to write this post. That means that it’s time to devote my energy to indoor activities, like my exercise regimen. I don’t work out nearly as much during gardening season as I get enough physical activity from keeping up with my yardwork. Once winter arrives, that all changes and I can burn off my excess energy inside my house. What’s more, I’m seven month out from my hernia surgery, and I’m truly feeling as if I’ve gained back any losses I encountered during my recuperation.
So, that’s where I’m going to be headed in this new phase. With no new moon happening within the cusps of my first house in 2026, I’m going to take this rare occasion to keep my ego in check over the next few weeks as I do everything I can to feed my ego. Self-improvement is going to be my objective, yet I’m going to try to keep that to myself. I might brag about how well I’m doing here on this blog, but in the real world I’m going to attempt to be humble, unassuming, and really, really ridiculously good looking.
Wish me luck . . .
