March Ephemeris (source: Café Astrology)

Where I live, March is the “anything goes” month as far as the weather is concerned. It can be terribly cold one day, and sunny and warm the next. The worst part, though, is that it can revert back to terribly cold after it’s been sunny and warm. The only thing that you can count on is that it will be changeable. Astrology can be the same. You can have a few quiet months with very few exciting events occurring in the sky, and then you get a month like this month where you can barely keep up with the changes.

That’s how I feel right now looking at the second half of the month. The astrological climate is about to change again and there are far too many variables for me to believe that I know what’s coming. Venus, Mercury, the sun, Pluto and Mars will all move into different signs over the next two weeks.

It’s not uncommon for the swift-moving planets to move from one sign to the next. Pluto, however, takes forever to transit the zodiac, so this shift is a big deal. Mars has also been transiting Gemini for so long now that most of us probably forget that it’s one of the planets that moves from one sign to the next on a regular basis.

Anyway, I’ve been writing about how I don’t know what to make out of all the changes to my own chart. I feel the same way now that changes are occurring all around me in my personal and professional life. I had two big surprises at work last week that have made me reconsider my exit strategy that I had discussed just a couple of weeks ago. I’m pretty sure that the universe is not finished doling out these big surprises. In the midst of all these planetary ingresses, I’m going to see Jupiter conjoin my descendant the day after Mars moves into Cancer.

How are you doing in the current cosmic climate? Do you feel like I do when I leave the house in March and I’m not sure if I need to wear a parka, a raincoat, a windbreaker or a T-shirt? Let me know in the comments section or on one of my social media pages.
