I had an unusually eventful day yesterday.
Mars opposed my natal Pluto while conjoining my natal Chiron (they are mere minutes apart from being exactly opposite in my horoscope). The one thing that I always remember about this transit is that it can predict being a victim of crime. The horoscope on astro.com suggests that anyone under the influence of this transit should avoid “bad neighborhoods and the like.”
So, yesterday I got an email from MGM Resorts (owner of the Bellagio and several other Las Vegas resorts), that my personal information had been compromised. All they really had was my home address and an email address that anyone could Google, so I wasn’t really too upset. Also, they offered me a free Equifax membership for a year so that I wouldn’t sue them.
Curiously, the Equifax membership allowed me to look at my credit score. It could be better because I’m carrying more debt than I should because of a few stints with unemployment over the past couple of years. I’ve got a huge credit limit, though, and that’s not in jeopardy. I don’t lose sleep over the fact that it isn’t perfect, but I could use a little “healing” in that department. Essentially, with Mars conjoining Chiron, I can see how putting my energy toward that goal is favored at the moment.
Shortly after that happened, I got an email from my job telling me that I can expect to go back to work in about three or four weeks. Of course, that means that my income will go back to normal and I will be able to put a dent into my current debt load. Also, I was sent the details for my new benefits plan. I didn’t believe that the eye appointment I had scheduled for this afternoon was covered, but I discovered that it is. There’s a bunch of money I don’t have to spend!
It was really an eventful day. Because my natal Uranus is on the same axis, Mars opposes it tomorrow. I wonder if anything else exciting will happen to me? After several weeks of being bored out of my skull, a little action in my horoscope is a welcome change.
Bring it on!
