November 23 is Miley Cyrus’ birthday.

I like Miley Cyrus. I think she’s hilarious in the way that I expect a Sagittarius performer to be hilarious. She reminds me of a young Bette Midler, who shares herSagittarius sunand moon in Scorpio. I once wrote a list of astrological icons for “The National Post” where I cited Bette Midler in “Divine Madness” as the ultimate Sagittarius film icon.

The weird thing about Miley Cyrus is that her chart on astrotheme.com looks sort of serious at first glance. But with so many planets near house cusps, an incorrect birth time could make a huge difference. If the clock in the delivery room was just a minute or two off, or if the nurse wrote down the time incorrectly, her ascending degree could be in another sign.
