Aria Resort & Casino (source: American Express)

After publishing a post yesterday about Venus’ ingress into my second house and its influence over the decadent side of my nature, I went ahead and booked a stay at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas next October. I know that seems quite far away, but I want to be able to save a pile of money before I go. Nothing would please me more than visiting Vegas a couple of times a year, but I’d also like to pay off the bills that piled up over the pandemic when my income was a fraction of what it is now.

Anyway, I pulled up a chart for the dates that I booked, and it looks as if the stars will be on my side. I’ll have the sun, the moon, Mercury and Mars in my first house on the day I depart, Venus in my eleventh house, and retrograde Jupiter literally on the cusp of my eighth house (moving back into the seventh and forming an exact trine with my natal Saturn).

There’s nothing particularly lucky about those positions, but there is nothing that jumps out at me to tell me that I’ll be unlucky while I’m in Sin City. I’m actually more excited to see Mars in my first house. Hopefully, I’ll be energetic and dynamic as a result of the red planet’s transit through that part of my chart.

I should probably take a deeper dive into this forecast, but I’ll have plenty of time for that later. For now, it’s just nice to have something to look forward to. And maybe my plan to save money will stop me from spending everything I have during the upcoming sale season. I can dream, can’t I?
