Jupiter is currently within orb of forming its last of three trines with my natal Uranus. The first one occurred on March 1, then repeated during Jupiter’s retrograde cycle on August 6.
I need to look back to see if anything interesting happened during these rather uncommon alignments. My horoscope on astro.com is titled “Split-second Action,” describing a scenario where I will have to make up my mind quickly. It might help me to remember that transiting Jupiter is making this aspect from my third house to natal Uranus in my eleventh house.
Having this blog as a makeshift diary really helps me to figure these things out. Of course, with an aspect like this that takes roughly twelve years to recur, I don’t have much to compare it to — at least not in written form. But if I pay attention to how if affects me now, when the trine forms again 120° from its current position four years from now (in my eighth house), I’ll probably have a better idea of how to handle it.
In the meantime, I’m just going to have to be on my toes and ready for something good to happen to me that requires an immediate response. Essentially, I’ve got between now and Halloween to watch for it while Jupiter remains within a one-degree orb of an exact trine. And I’m going to try to figure out what I was doing earlier in the year to see if I can gain some insight into what might happen. All I can remember about early March was that I was recovering from shingles. If this points to another flareup, I’m going to be pissed off!
