Now that the new moon in Taurus has arrived in the midst of the Coronavirus lockdown, a lot of us are going to have to get used to being lazy. We won’t be able to fight the urge to just sprawl out in the spring sunshine while dreaming of better days ahead.

But is there anything wrong with that? Not really. However, as a bunch of planets are slowing down simultaneously and preparing to go retrograde, we’re going to have to come up with more practical coping solutions than just flopping over like the cow in the photo I posted above.

Much of this planetary action is happening in the sign of Capricorn. For July, August and much of September, Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto will be moving backwards through the sign. We’re going to be feeling as if we’re not getting anywhere because every little step we take is going to seem so incremental. That’s been a theme throughout 2020 so far, but it’s only going to get worse.

My advice to cope with this lockdown/slowdown is to stop being hard on yourself if you feel as if you’re not getting anywhere. Accept the fact that moving ahead an inch at a time is just as good as moving in leaps and bounds if you arrive at the same place in the end.

There is no need to rush right now. The planets have other plans for us.
