December 26 is Angela Missoni’s birthday.

I know I’m a day late, but I just discovered that yesterday was Angela Missoni’s birthday via Instagram.

Anyone who knows me knows that I’m obsessed with Missoni. I have about three dozen pairs of Missoni socks, three Missoni shirts, Missoni sweatpants, a Missoni toque, two Missoni scarves and four Missoni throw cushions. No other designer label is more well-represented in my wardrobe. It’s also important to note that I’m not wealthy. If you know Missoni, you know that it isn’t cheap and that the closest Missoni boutique to me is 2800 kilometers away. The fact that I own any Missoni is remarkable.

Anyway, I had a look at Angela’s chart and discovered that we not only share our Capricorn sun sign, but also our Cancer moon sign. What’s even more interesting is that Angela’s natal Venus is mere minutes from an exact conjunction with my natal sun.

Fashion astrology is my area of expertise. To know that the designer/creative director of the label that I wear the most has her natal Venus conjunct my sun validates everything I’ve ever written.
