Star Struck Style

“Relax and Unwind” is the title of my horoscope on astro.com tomorrow. Thankfully, it’s my day off from work and I already have a massage booked. The whole passage reads as follows:

“This is a day of pleasant thoughts and communication, of easy intellectual exchanges with other people, general light-heartedness and good times. This is a good day to tell someone that you love her. It is also a good day to discuss any aspect of a relationship. If something has been bothering you today, you can discuss it and clear the air in such a way that there will be no negative feelings. Today it will be easy to let the other person know that you are fond of her and that you are only trying to make the relationship better. Go out for a drive today, or better begin a long vacation. A trip started under this influence will give you great pleasure, stimulate your mind and expand your consciousness. You may meet new friends who will stay with you for a long time.”

I’d love to begin a long vacation, but I still have to work Friday and Saturday before my vacation begins. Mentally, I’m already a bit checked-out because I’m actually not too worried about leaving my job for someone else to do. Things have been improving rapidly at my place of employment. I believe that has a lot to do with me.

Anyway, nothing really eventful happens while I’m vacation — astrologically speaking — except for Venus’ ingress into Taurus on Saturday. I’ll be at work at that time, literally counting down the minutes until I can get away. And once Venus moves into Taurus, my fondness for self-indulgence should be at its seasonal peak. Maybe I’ll book another massage next week!

Whatever I decide to do, it’s going to be a good time. I’m never going to let my vacation time build up like this again; all work and no play has made me a dull boy. I need to get out into the world while the weather is nice and the stars are shining on me!
