Star Struck Style

The sun opposes my natal Neptune early tomorrow morning. This annual aspect can cause some confusion as it impairs my ability to focus. Add Mercury’s station in Gemini and the moon’s imminent transit through my twelfth house to the mix, and it’s likely that I’m going to be in for some trouble today at work. My job involves attention to detail and concentrating on the task at hand. I already know that we’re going to be short-staffed today, so I’m going to prepare for the worst.

I shouldn’t be so pessimistic! However, all signs point toward a blurry, out-of-focus day. On a positive note, I got a good night’s sleep and I am currently overdosing on caffeine. I knew this day was coming and I wasn’t going to allow myself to be unprepared. Thankfully, I have the day off from work tomorrow and all I have planned is housework. By the time I return to work on Friday, I should be in a much different place.

I’m so glad that I pay attention to these annual occurrences. Just the other day, transiting Mars opposed my natal Pluto. My astro.com horoscope included a warning that I could be the victim of a crime. That morning, I got an Instagram message from a friend that turned out to be from the scammer who hacked her account. If I had not been on the lookout for suspicious activity, perhaps I would have fallen victim to this scheme.

So, today I’m going to heed the warning signs and I’m going to be careful to not take on any projects that involve a great deal of focus. My ability to do a million things at once will return soon enough.
