Star Struck Style

A while back, I published a post about a strange encounter I had with someone who had a tremendous amount of astrological similarities to me (click the link above). That meeting made me explore the idea of writing a book about sun/Mercury/Venus combinations in the natal chart. While I have waffled on launching a project of that nature, I have explored the concept a zillion times already on this blog. It’s just a really, really big project — the kind of thing that would take years to put together.

Anyway, I have been thinking about the placements of these natal planets again because I have all three of them currently residing in the Placidus houses of my horoscope that correspond to their natal positions, and I feel great as a result. In fact, I haven’t felt this good physically for as long as I can remember. In addition, my mind is sharp and my self-confidence is higher than it has been all year long. In a way, I feel at “home” in my own self. I don’t know how else to describe it.

I’m going to pay attention to this phenomenon because it’s likely to recur every few years. I’d like to reach out to a few of my fellow astrologers to ask them to do the same. I know that a lot of people use the Whole House system nowadays, so I’ll probably meet with some resistance if I make this plea on Twitter or Facebook (where astrology goes to die). Nevertheless, if anyone else who studies the stars stumbles across this post, perhaps they could keep this partly-developed theory of mine in mind when they’re looking at their own transits. I’d like to know if this three-planet return to one’s “home” has a similar effect on their vitality.
