I just realized that I didn’t publish any predictions about “RuPaul’s Drag Race UK: Season 2.” I remember visiting the site “Fandom” when the contestants were announced, but not all the queens had birth dates listed on their profiles.

So, I just revisited the site and I discovered that the clear frontrunner to take the crown, Lawrence Chaney, is a Libra. That made me realize that if he does actually become the winner of Season 2, the UK version of the show will have crowned two queens with zodiac signs that have never won the American version of the show. The Vivienne is an Aries.

That outcome fascinates me. Of course, there’s a long way to go until the end of the season, but at this rate, Lawrence is so far ahead of the competition that I can’t see it working out any other way.

At the moment, Symone is also looking like a lock to win Season 13 on the American version of the show. She’s a Capricorn: another sign that has never worn the crown. If both her and Lawrence Chaney make it all the way to the end of the competition, that will mean that the only sign that has never won any of the English-speaking versions of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” is Scorpio. The funny thing is that when I put together my RPDR “Dream Team” a few years ago on this blog, I actually picked RuPaul as my Scorpio favorite because the Scorpio contestants have been so terrible.

Now that I know everyone’s signs, I’ll try to pay a little more attention to these UK queens. It’s not a forgone conclusion that Lawrence will win, so I might have to publish a post before long where I eat my own words. It won’t be the first time, and I’m pretty sure that it won’t be the last time, either.

Stay tuned for more!
