In the Bush (source: recordsale.de)

Every time I hear the phrase “Are you ready for this?”, it takes me back to 1978 and the incredibly repetitive lyrics of the song “(Push, Push) In the Bush.” Nevertheless, I’m going to need to ask the question again: “Are you ready? Are you ready for this?”

And by “this” I mean the next couple of weeks in astrology. So much is packed into the upcoming days that you might have trouble keeping up. Mars enters Scorpio on November 19. Mercury goes direct in Scorpio the next day. The sun enters Sagittarius on November 22. Venus and Jupiter form a conjunction in Sagittarius two days later, the day before Venus moves into Capricorn. The new moon in Sagittarius follows on November 26, and Neptune turns direct in Pisces the following day. And just when you thought it was all over, Jupiter moves into Capricorn on December 2.

So, what does all that mean? Things are changing at a pace that may make you feel as if you can’t see the forest for the trees, or — more accurately — the trees for the forest. Sagittarius wants us to look at the big picture instead of getting mired in the details. However, with both Mercury and Neptune virtually stationary while so much is happening in Sagittarius, we might be focused on what’s right in front of us: the trees, the shrubs, the bushes, etc. Confusion and delusion will be the order of the day for the rest of the month. Be especially careful that unbridled optimism doesn’t get the best of you before the cold hand of reality slaps us all across the face in early December.

Are you ready? Are you ready for this? Now that I’ve warned you, you should be . . .
