Both Pluto and Saturn turn retrograde in Capricorn this week. Today, the moon makes contact with both planets. Appropriately, these cosmic events have helped me to make up my mind regarding the matter of Donald Trump’s impeachment.
Over the past couple of days, I’ve read some compelling opinion pieces that take either side of the argument: to begin impeachment proceedings now or to wait for a more opportune time. But the planets are telling me that a long game is probably going to be more effective. Just give the Manchurian Pumpkin a little more rope every day, and eventually he’s going to hang himself. He can’t go a moment without saying something stupid, hypocritical and/or self-incriminating.
So, I guess I can understand why people like Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff aren’t forcing the issue yet. Astrologically, it’s a solid plan — whether or not they know it.
For now, it’s going to be easy just to sit back and allow the process to work. Yesterday’s news cycle made several references to the Federalist Papers as political pundits observed that Trump has no idea how America works. Remember that two of the three authors of the Federalist Papers, Alexander Hamilton and John Jay, were Capricorns. That slow and steady Capricorn energy is basically the reason that the Constitution exists.
And the Constitution will prevail. With all this Capricorn energy pointing toward a 2020 “reset,” I have no doubt that following the process is the right way to go.
