March 18 is Adam Levine’s birthday.
I wish that I was built like Adam Levine. I’m just bigger than him and I have learned to accept the fact that my size means that I’m not going to be able to do all the same yoga poses that lean guys like Adam Levine can do. C’est la vie!
Anyway, I had a look at Adam Levine’s natal chart to see if anything stood out. His natal Mars is at 15°04″ Pisces in his seventh house. I can see how yoga appeals to him from both a spiritual perspective and as a well-balanced workout. For several years now, my shtick as a fitness trainer has been “proportionate strength.” I teach people to target those parts of their body that they probably wouldn’t train if it wasn’t for me barking commands at them. I might not share Adam Levine’s seventh-house Mars, but I do have Libra (the sign that rules the seventh house) prominently featured in my chart as my ascendant.
I’m not covered in tattoos, though. In both of my books, I do describe Pisces as “the tattoo sign.” Levine’s eighth-house sun explains a lot about how he has transformed his body with tattoos, just as his seventh-house Mars explains a lot about how he has transformed his body with yoga.
I did notice something interesting when I pulled up Levine’s chart: his natal Jupiter sits in the final degree of Cancer. When Jupiter and Saturn finally meet up for their generational synod in December 2020, they’re going to be opposing the entertainer’s Jupiter. Sure, anyone else born right around the same time as Adam Levine will be experiencing the same transits, but as a Pisces, Levine should be feeling it quite acutely. A cursory glance doesn’t reveal the doom and gloom some astrologers associate with Saturn oppositions, but I do anticipate some profound changes occurring in Levine’s life around that time.
That’s about twenty-one months away, so we’ll just have to wait and see if my prediction comes true. In the meantime, I’m going to do some yoga hand-balances. Wish me luck . . .
