February 2 is Farrah Fawcett’s birthday.
When I was a kid, this poster was everywhere. Farrah Fawcett was the poster girl of a generation.
If I could go back in time, I probably wouldn’t go back to 1976 when Farrah posed for this poster. I’d probably go back to 2000 when I was submitting the final draft of my book to my publisher so that I could edit the Aquarius chapter. It’s not that I don’t like what I said about the sign, but that I didn’t say enough.
Aquarius is the detriment of the sun. It’s a weak sun sign. Not only that, it has two ruling planets, each with their own valid reason for ruling over the sign. For those reasons, I believe that I need to elaborate upon the Aquarius chapter that I wrote so many years ago. For most of the signs, I provided information that still seems relevant. But for Aquarius, I believe that I’ve altered my own perception of the sign because of all the Aquarius people I’ve encountered in real life. I don’t just think that I’m a better astrologer in 2017, but I think I’m a better judge of character in general. You live; you learn.
Now what does any of that have to do with Farrah Fawcett. Well, I’m going to have to discuss her extensively in my new book. I’m almost there (I’m working on the Capricorn chapter at the moment). For now, though, this glimpse of Farrah is all you get.
