Jupiter enters Leo on the last day of the month. It will remain in the sign for just over a year.
I’m looking forward to this shift in the stars for one reason: the return of benevolence to public life. While transits of the planets through the sign of the lion can result in overconfidence and grandstanding behavior from the worst of us, they also can inspire benevolence and generosity from the best of us. Magnanimity becomes the quality we expect from our leaders, and we tend to reward those who have demonstrated the most charitable, kindhearted behavior while turning our backs on the pathologically-selfish tyrants who often rise to the highest positions of public life.
For that reason, I’m expecting terrible things to happen to narcissists like Donald Trump and Elon Musk over the next fifteen months. I can dream, can’t I?
Anyway, right around the start of September, Jupiter in Leo will form a harmonious trine to Saturn in Aries. Personally speaking, I’m a little worried about what might happen at that time because Jupiter will oppose my natal Venus. However, with Saturn’s support, perhaps I’ll get through this star-crossed time without too much difficulty. If anything, 2026 has been a rather easy year for me. I don’t expect that to change. Nevertheless, I’m going to continue to behave myself while Jupiter transits my tenth house and Saturn transits my sixth house. I can’t get in too much trouble with these two sectors of my horoscope highlighted, right?
I guess I’ll find out soon enough . . .
