Star Struck Style

I was about to compose a post about the new moon in my twelfth house that will occur a few days from now. However, when I searched the phrase “behind the scenes” to see if I had written about this subject before, I was redirected to this post I published in May, 2023. Curiously, Mars conjoins my midheaven again in about three weeks from now, making the topic of this blog entry especially prescient.

This week’s new moon and my upcoming vacation are perfectly timed as they will allow me to enjoy a brief reprise from my starring role before I enter this new cycle. By the time I get home from Las Vegas, both the sun and Mercury will have entered my first house, pushing me onto the stage just a week ahead of Mars’ move into my tenth house.

This should augur a big shift in my priorities. It might also portend an actual change of career. I’ve been advocating for a structural change at my place of work to deal with the growth of the organization. Perhaps a change is in the stars?

Whatever happens, I’m glad it’s not happening yet. I need some time off before I begin to plan my next move, so this new moon in my twelfth house will be a welcome change of pace. I just need a little more time to myself before I take center stage again.
