Star Struck Style

Wow! Check out this post I wrote five years ago where I wrote the following passage regarding Eureka O’Hara’s sun sign/moon sign combo:

“Speaking of struggles, even without a time of birth, I can confirm that Eureka has a Pisces moon. There are a lot of famous people who have struggled with addiction who have a Virgo sun/Pisces moon combo. Many of them have overcome their problems with substance abuse in plain sight of the public. I hope that Eureka isn’t one of them. Still, the potential for escapism is strong in this sun/moon combo, and the chosen vehicle for escape is often drugs or alcohol.”

Just this past weekend, season two of “RuPaul’s Drag Race: Canada Vs. the World” saw Eureka awarded the title of “Miss Congeniality.” This came after Eureka revealed her recent struggles with sobriety.

I wasn’t kidding when I said “a lot of famous people” with this combo have dealt with substance abuse problems. It’s a red flag in a birth chart. Just a simple search on astrotheme.com reveals several celebrities who have publicly struggled with addiction, and that is just on the first page of search results.

Anyway, I’m glad that Eureka is finally on the straight and narrow. I wasn’t that thrilled to see her cast on another season of “Drag Race,” but she’s obviously found some inner peace because she didn’t spend every moment in the competition fighting with the other contestants to avoid battling her own demons. I guess I’ll take what I can get.
