I published this post last year on this day. What’s interesting to me is that I really have behaved myself over the past few weeks. I’m not spending money like an idiot, and I’ve got an eye on my upcoming Saturn return and how that will contribute to my “belt-tightening.” My new year’s resolution “to make the most of what I already have” has been far more successful than many of the resolutions I have made in the past.
Pluto had already moved into my Placidus third house a while ago, so I wasn’t really expecting a “transformation” when it entered Aquarius. However, I do believe that I made a wise decision when I chose to evaluate this transit from the perspective of someone with a Capricorn sun. I do need to clean up my solar second house (the part of my chart that rules over possessions), and I feel as if I am in the right state of mind to do just that.
A new moon in my fourth house occurs this afternoon: the place where Pluto currently resides in my horoscope. I’m going to take this as a sign that the universe is still pointing me in the right direction. There are projects that I can do around my house that would greatly improve my day-to-day life, and many of them wouldn’t cost a thing.
Pluto will dip back into Capricorn briefly later this year. I’m going to keep an eye on this transit in the meantime because I truly feel like something has changed in the way I think about the “things” that make me happy. Perhaps I’ll revisit this post again when the planet of transformation makes its last stand in my sun sign.
Until then . . .
