My old agent got a hold of me last week to pitch a writing project. While I won’t know for quite some time if that project will amount to anything, I have to say it was so nice to sit down and write something after what feels like an almost endless creative drought.
My chart looks good right now with the sun nearing a conjunction to both my progressed and my natal Jupiter. My job is going well, too, and for the first time since the pandemic began, I went back to work after a few days off to discover that everything was running smoothly without me. I can barely remember the last time that happened, and I attribute the current state of affairs at my workplace to the hard work I have put in to ensure that everyone else is doing their jobs properly.
I typically find myself behaving in an overly-optimistic manner during these transits to Jupiter. However, as I’ve said a million times before on this blog, Jupiter’s promises to me are often full of hot air. Yet every once in a while I am surprised when Jupiter “under-promises and overdelivers,” as the saying goes.
I hope that this is one of those times. My chart is full of terrific, positive aspects right now — not just this annual conjunction of the sun to my natal Jupiter. If I don’t return to this blog in a week to announce that I’ve got a new publishing deal, a promotion at work or a big lottery win, I’m going to give up on astrology altogether.
Maybe I’m getting ahead of myself. I tend to do that when Jupiter starts whispering in my ear . . .
