If you’ve ever tried to debate something with a Leo, you probably have wondered why Taurus is typically depicted as the “stubborn” sign. When a Leo native doesn’t want to hear what you have to say, they don’t hear what you have to say.
Donald Trump isn’t a Leo, but he does have a Leo ascendant that causes him perform like a Leo in front of the cameras. So this interview with Jonathan Swan from Axios that is making news today demonstrates my point: there is often no give and take when arguing with someone with prominent Leonine influences in their horoscope. Their word is gospel, and if you don’t believe it, that’s your problem.
Anyway, Mercury enters Leo this evening where it will be for just fifteen days. You can expect people to not listen as well as they should during this brief transit. Don’t work too hard trying to change their minds because they are not going to change their minds.
On a more positive note, with both the sun and Mercury in Leo, it’s a good time to work on developing a public persona that it more in-tune with your self-image. Over the next couple of weeks, there is potential for everyone to get to know themselves just a little better. Until August 20, the mirror won’t lie.
Maybe Donald Trump will watch this interview and realize what an idiot he is. Or maybe not . . .
