May 25 is Thorgy Thor’s birthday.

The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Thorgy Thor is “Oh Jesus . . . gross!” The next thing is her natal chart. I was really expecting to see some serious Pisces or Virgo influences in her horoscope because of the way that her paranoia about how other contestants were performing affected her own performance on “RuPaul’s Drag Race.”

However, I didn’t find what I was looking for. There is a small chance that she has a Pisces moon if she was born early in the morning, but without a time of birth I really can’t figure out that aspect of her personality.

On the other hand, I can see why she was so stubborn in the challenge that got her eliminated in Season 3 of “All Stars.” With both Mercury (Gemini’s ruling planet) and Venus in Taurus, she’s quite a bit more “fixed” than both your average Gemini and Stevie Nicks (the Gemini diva whom she portrayed in that challenge). She also has both Mars and Saturn in another fixed sign: Scorpio.

The Gemini queens who have had the most success on the show (Raja; Violet Chachki; Detox) were able to adapt to the circumstances while not allowing the “game” to become their undoing. Those who became more focused upon the judges or the other contestants (Thorgy; Monique Heart; Jan) seemed to lose the plot rather quickly.

It would be interesting to pull up all of their charts to see if their natal Mercury positions have something to do with this theory of mine. Maybe I’ll get to that some other time. Jan’s birthday is a couple of weeks away. I’ll try to remember to revisit this topic . . .
