Lately, I’ve had a voice whispering in my ear that I just need to get through January before I start making any major moves with my life. Another voice has been whispering in my other ear, telling me that opportunities are getting away from me because of my current commitment to inaction. Strangely, while I was sitting here at my computer contemplating these options, a calendar just a few feet from my desk fell from the wall. I must have damaged it slightly while hanging it up. Now I can’t put it back to January because the hole has ripped open. So, I guess it’s going to be February in my house for an extra ten days.
I’m going to take this as a sign from the universe that waiting until February is the correct course of action. There are a few things going on in my life right now that could impact my future plans, and I’m quite content to take a step back to see what happens.
