Christmas Lights (source: pexels.com)

I’m typically quite grouchy right around Christmas. The Capricorn sun forms an opposition with my natal moon on Christmas Eve or Christmas morning every year, and that explains why I’d rather just be left alone for a couple of days at a time when the universe has other plans for me.

Anyway, other factors in my chart aren’t contributing to my seasonal grouchiness right now, and I can be thankful for that. In fact, I’ve got a third house full of planets at the moment, and that seems to be making me a little more social and a little more communicative than usual. What’s more, I spent the last few weeks picking up extra work so that I would be able to take some time off this holiday season. Until the second week of January, I don’t really have a lot to do besides looking for ways to enjoy myself.

For that reason, I’m not nearly as Scrooge-like as I have been in the past. I don’t believe that means that nothing is going to annoy me while this transit occurs, but I also don’t believe that I’m going to spend the rest of the week loathing everything about the holiday season.

It’s a Christmas miracle . . .
