I’m feeling good this morning. The sun’s annual opposition to Saturn is now in my rearview mirror, and I’m looking forward to its imminent trine to my natal sun which will occur during tomorrow’s full moon eclipse.
I have a few obligations to deal with tomorrow, but things have worked out in a way that makes me feel unbothered by what I have on my schedule. More importantly, I have a ninety-minute massage booked on Monday morning that should feel like a reward for all my efforts.
I’m going to do what I can to remain “unbothered” over the next couple of days. “Café Astrology” reminds me that a full moon in my fifth house can portend some tension between myself and others:
“This is a period when ego-gratifying circumstances are highlighted. You receive some sort of boost to your ego and confidence, perhaps through some form of recognition, however big or small. You are likely to feel energetically supported by others and by life’s circumstances. Battles of will could occur now. Don’t stress or strain — pushing your agenda on others is unlikely to do anything except cause friction.”
I have already laid the groundwork to remove myself from the one situation that would likely “cause friction” at my place of employment. I’ve also declined to take on any extra obligations in the upcoming week until I get past this lunar eclipse. I’m not worried about how I’ll behave over the next couple of days, but others might not see their planets so well-supported. Irrationality is already in the air when the full moon arrives in Pisces. An eclipse can makes things even crazier. Keeping my own feet on the ground shouldn’t be difficult while the sun is positioned so favorably in my chart.
Just a few days ago, I published a post titled “Extrication” where I extolled the virtues of removing myself from situations that stress me out. The sun’s transit through Virgo seems to have me planning my exits in advance. That’s not a bad thing, but hopefully I’ll be able to focus on planning a new entrance in the not-too-distant future. After this weekend, I should start to see some doors opening up for me. If I can trust my lucky stars, I will emerge from my massage appointment ready to embrace one of the most-fortunate periods of the decade.
I can’t wait! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: it feels good to feel good.
