Inches (source: pexels.com)

In a post I published a few days ago, I noted that I am “inching toward a more-satisfying future.” I need to keep reminding myself of that because I feel as if nothing is happening fast enough lately. However, when I take a step back and look at the “big picture” as one is inclined to do when the sun is transiting their ninth house, I’m quite satisfied with my progress.

Over the next few days, I’ve got a few annoying planetary alignments that are likely to make me believe that things aren’t going my way. The transiting sun opposes my natal sun and then squares my ascendant, transiting Mercury opposes my natal Mars and my natal Venus, and the full moon arrives in Capricorn. As I’ve mentioned previously, I just need to keep to myself and avoid the urge to take things into my own hands that are not mine to handle.

Curiously, as these tense transits are influencing my horoscope, Venus and Saturn are aligned harmoniously. Venus then conjoins my north node in a couple of days. The planets that have the most sway over me might just override some of the less-favorable aspects I just mentioned.

I hope so! While I still feel as if I’m waiting for the universe to shower me with cosmic blessings while both the sun and Jupiter transit my ninth house, I’d be just as happy to keep inching along this path where I feel a little better about my future every day. As a Capricorn, I should be used to this slow and steady pace, right?
