Mercury entered my eighth house yesterday afternoon where it joined the sun and Uranus. Earlier this month, I published a post where I predicted my current state of mind, including this prescient passage:
“The eighth house is associated with the concept of privacy, so maybe that’s why I feel as if people are intruding upon my personal space. Whatever the case, I’m going to have to get used to finding some solitude in places where I’m not likely to be alone over the next few weeks.”
It’s not going to be difficult for me to find my own “personal space” while these planets are transiting my eighth house, so I just need to do it. Getting annoyed by everyone isn’t going help me as much as getting away from it all. And once Venus enters my seventh house next weekend, I should start to become more sociable — or at least less antisocial.
On the bright side, I am perfectly content admitting that I enjoy having time to myself. Despite spending the earlier part of the year dealing with a profound bout of unhappiness, I don’t believe that I was depressed. I just needed to change my circumstances. Now that I’ve done that, I’m spending my time alone enjoying all the things that are good about my life. The eighth house is also a place where transformation occurs, and I feel as if I have made a major transformation in 2025.
I’m not lonely. I just don’t want to talk to you right now. That’s all . . .
