I didn’t realize that transiting Mars was about to oppose my natal sun tomorrow. That’s the sort of aspect that can cause someone to be easily provoked. Hopefully, I won’t be. I want this week to go by smoothly and easily. I’ve got a lot of things to do to ensure that I leave for my vacation without feeling as if I’m abandoning a bunch of half-finished projects.

On the other hand, Mars’ opposition to my natal sun can make me stand up for myself. While this alignment is occurring, transiting Mercury will be forming a trine with my natal Mercury, giving me the skills to talk my way out of anything. Also, the Libra new moon arrives in my twelfth house around the same time, making me eager to take a step back from conflict. Standing my ground will not be the first thing on my mind. Instead, it’s likely that any difficult situations that arise will have me running for the door.

I’m going to do my best to get into an “unbothered” state of mind. I only have four more shifts to work until my vacation begins, and I don’t want to get on a plane carrying a bunch of extra baggage. I need this break more than words can describe, and I’m not going to let anyone or anything fuck up my plans.

Do you hear that, universe? You’re not going to bother me . . .
