I’ve already noted that Jupiter’s upcoming station in October will see the planet parked atop my progressed Jupiter (which is only two minutes away from my natal Jupiter). What I didn’t realize until a moment ago is that right around Groundhog Day next year, Jupiter will turn direct while parked a mere thirteen minutes away from forming an exact trine with my natal Mars. What’s more, both the sun and Mercury conjoin my natal Mars the same week. It’s gonna be a good one!
I already adore Groundhog Day because it’s the holiday with no expectations attached. You don’t have buy presents or make plans to see anyone. However, I might plan my next Vegas excursion to coincide with this astrologically-fortunate time. It just seems like good time to have a good time. The interpretation of the transit on “Café Astrology” seems to corroborate that assumption:
“You feel more confident than usual, and you have a dynamic energy that should be harnessed and directed into something productive. This is a ‘lucky’ time for you (all things equal), although the good energy you attract is most likely due to your own positive expectations.
Be aware of opportunities that may present themselves at this time, possibly from a male acquaintance or with regards to travel, business, or physical activities. Your competitive spirit is high, but it’s a non-grating kind that goes over well with others.”
As I just stated, I already have “no expectations” for Groundhog Day, but this forecast makes me believe that maybe some “positive expectations” are in order. Whatever I decide to do for the few weeks that Jupiter will be hovering in this spot in the sky, I’m just going to need to make the most of it. This is the sort of good astrological news that makes me hopeful for whatever the future might bring. I’m even more excited to know that it’s going to occur at the time of the year when I’m eager to emerge from my burrow after a long winter.
It’s nice to have something to look forward to . . .
