It’s my birthday in a couple of days. It’ll be the second time that I turn twenty-nine if you started counting over again the last time that I turned twenty-nine.

I feel great for fifty-eight. For more than thirty years, I’ve worked in a gym that has almost 7000 members. As a result, I’ve been able to see how most people age right before my eyes. Needless to say, I look as good as I feel. I’ve worked hard to age gracefully, just as you would expect from someone with a third-house Capricorn sun and Libra rising. I’m the Cary Grant of my generation, only with less hair and less sun damage.

I typically don’t do much to celebrate, but I only work one day over the next four, so I’m going to try to have some fun. I’m feeling relaxed and well-rested after the holidays, and the only thing I’ve got planned is a massage on my actual birthday. While I do thrive on routine, it’s always nice to break free from monotony. The moon entered my first house this morning, and Mars moves into my sign in a couple of hours. Once the sun comes up, I’m going to take advantage of the current cosmic climate and allow my impulses to lead me wherever they want to go.

And on that note, I’m going to get offline . . .
