Star Struck Style

Retrograde Mercury conjoins the sun briefly today in the first degree of Capricorn before it slips back into Sagittarius. “Café Astrology” provides a succinct explanation of this event on its homepage:

“This inferior conjunction of Mercury and the Sun gives us a unique window into the past as it might impact our future.”

I went down a rabbit hole yesterday when I published yesterday’s post about the first week of 1981. I probably sound crazy to anyone who doesn’t understand how astrology works, but those people also don’t understand that transiting Venus is conjunct my natal Neptune today. I know, right?

It was exciting for me to put that all together into an astrological context. And yet I don’t feel as if I have filled in all the blanks. I have an uncanny memory, so I’m going to continue to mull over these events to ensure that I’ve got everything right. I want to make sure that I’m not mixing up my dates. Confusion is a likely side effect of Venus’ current position in my chart.
