I go back to work today. I did a couple of hours of work over the weekend, but today is my first full shift after my vacation.
It’s an interesting day to get my feet back on the ground after spending the previous week in Las Vegas with my head up in the clouds. The sun will enter Scorpio in about four hours from now, and it’s already forming a trine with stationary Saturn in Pisces. This grounding aspect is not only occurring on the day that I return to my routine, but also on a day when the weather is tanking in this part of the world. Gardening season is officially over and my day-to-day schedule is going to undergo a substantial change, as well. All of those hours I spend outside every week are going to be spent doing something else.
Right now, I’m feeling practical and somewhat empowered by this seasonal shift. I’m planning to get back to a more rigorous workout schedule. I’m going to get prepared for winter by reorganizing my closets. I’m going to clean my house (although I never get too far behind with my housework). It’s a terrific time of year for me to take on a more practical outlook whether or not the planets are on my side. I can thank my lucky stars that this time they seem to be lining up in my favor.
I’m not the only one who will be feeling this way over the next couple of days. This “just get it done” energy should prevail for the first part of the week, so it’s a good time for anyone to settle into a new routine. It’s even a good time for anyone who is feeling victimized by their circumstances to “pull themselves up from their bootstraps,” as the saying goes. Unless Saturn’s station is causing you to feel as if your feet are sinking into the mud, this trine with the sun should illuminate a new path forward. The Scorpionic energy that compels us to transform our lives into something better will be profound once the sun joins Mercury and Mars in the sign.
How are you feeling this morning? Are you sensing a seasonal shift even before it happens like I seem to be doing? Let me know in the comments section or on one of my social media pages.
