I only have forty-five more days to go before my trip to Las Vegas.
Of course, I’m still looking at the menus of all the places I want to eat. I discovered that there’s a breakfast joint at the Bellagio that not only opens at 6:00 AM, but it also serves my beloved huevos rancheros. Of course, it’s ridiculously expensive, but that’s not going to stop me from eating there. Maybe I’ll try the French toast, too. Just look at that photo!
I am on vacation already, and I’m feeling remarkably well-rested (that’s probably why I’m up so early on a day where I could have stayed in bed). I am going into work tomorrow morning because I negotiated an extra day off a week from now on the day that the sun trines both my natal sun and stationary Jupiter in Taurus. I figured that I might as well enjoy this cosmically-blessed event by doing something other than going to work. Maybe I’ll take myself for breakfast?
What I really should do is pay attention for other interesting opportunities that might present themselves over the next couple of weeks. While I’m feeling optimistic and excited for what these planetary alignments have in store for me, I shouldn’t just waste my time wondering what I’m going to eat next.
Favorable Jupiter transits always make me want to take the easy way out, and they often make it easy for me to do that. However, I need to be sure that I’m recognizing all of the opportunities that present themselves while Jupiter hovers around this point in the sky — not just the obvious ones. With Jupiter’s station occurring in my eighth house, the signs that the universe presents to me might be a little obscure.
I do know that I’m more likely to stumble into a more-favorable future if I just get out into the world, so I’m going to try to do that while the planets are on my side. It would be a shame to spend any more of my current vacation sitting around my house. Jupiter is urging me to expand my horizons. That’s more likely to happen when out and about. So if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to get off of this computer. I can read the menus of breakfast restaurants in Las Vegas another day!
